At Sadhnaa, we are committed to delivering your premium pooja essentials and spiritual gifts with care, safety, and reliability. We partner with FShip to ensure smooth and timely deliveries across India.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

  • After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS, so you can track your shipment easily.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 business days.

(Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.)

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional handling fee of ₹50.

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship all over India through our partner FShip.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

🔄 Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

  • You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your Order ID.

❌ Undelivered Orders / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as RTO.

  • In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
